Vanilla

🍮 Vanilla Flan

Ingredients

2 cups milk

3 large eggs

½ cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F).

2. In a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, and vanilla.

3. Warm milk gently, then mix with the egg mixture.

4. Pour into ramekins, place in a water bath.

5. Bake 40–45 minutes until set. Chill before serving.
