Vanilla

🍮 Caramel Flan

Ingredients

½ cup sugar (for caramel)

2 cups milk

3 large eggs

½ cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Melt ½ cup sugar in a pan until golden caramel, pour into ramekins.

2. Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla, and warm milk.

3. Pour over caramel, bake in water bath at 160°C for 45 minutes.

4. Chill, then invert to serve with caramel topping.
