BBQ Spare Ribs
– 2 racks pork spare ribs
– BBQ dry rub + your favorite BBQ sauce
• Rub, bake at 300°F for 2.5 hours, sauce them, and broil for 5 minutes until sticky and caramelized.
BBQ Baked Beans
– 2 cans baked beans
– 1/2 onion (diced), 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 tbsp mustard, 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
• Simmer everything together for 20–30 minutes until thick.
Macaroni Salad
– 2 cups elbow macaroni (cooked & cooled)
– 1/2 cup mayo, 1 tbsp mustard, 1/4 cup chopped celery, onion, sweet relish
• Mix, season, chill for 1 hour.
