Yes, you can! Allow the cooked fritters to cool completely, then freeze them in an airtight container for up to one month.

Can I Make Potato Fritters in the Airfryer?
Yes, you can make these fritters in the Airfryer. Place the flour-coated fritters in the Airfryer basket, and spray with oil. Cook for 15 minutes at 400°F/200°C, turning halfway.

Can I Make It Ahead of Time?
The potato fritters are best served fresh, while they’re hot and crispy.  But if you’re making a large batch, you can keep the fritters warm in the oven at 200°F (100°C). Don’t keep them for too long, as they will start to dry out.

How To Serve Potato Fritters
Serve these Potato Fritters with sweet chili sauce or ranch dressing. Or a healthier dipping alternative, try Greek yogurt.

Ingredients
POTATOES : 700g/ 2.5 oz
SALAMI: 150g/5 oz
CHEESE: 100g / 3.5oz
FLOUR: 2 tbsp
EGGS: 2
PARSLEY: 2 tbsp
SALT: 1/2 tsp
BLACK PEPPER: 1/2 tsp
ALL PURPOSE FLOUR: 50g (1/2 cup)
OIL: 3 tbsp

Instructions
1- Grate the boiled potatoes into a large mixing bowl.

2- Grate the salami and cheese into the same bowl.

3- Add the eggs, flour, salt, and pepper.

4- Add the flour and parsley, and mix to combine.

5- Use a ¼ cup to measure out the batter, and form it into patties.

6- Place some flour on a large, shallow plate. Dust each of the potato fritters with flour.

7- Fry the potato fritters in hot oil, until golden brown and crispy.

8- Ready to serve and enjoy!
