SALAMI: 150g/5 oz

FLOUR: 2 tbsp
EGGS: 2
PARSLEY: 2 tbsp

BLACK PEPPER: 1/2 tsp
ALL PURPOSE FLOUR: 50g (1/2 cup)

Instructions
1- Grate the boiled potatoes into a large mixing bowl.
2- Grate the salami and cheese into the same bowl.
3- Add the eggs, flour, salt, and pepper.
4- Add the flour and parsley, and mix to combine.
5- Use a ¼ cup to measure out the batter, and form it into patties.
6- Place some flour on a large, shallow plate. Dust each of the potato fritters with flour.
7- Fry the potato fritters in hot oil, until golden brown and crispy.
8- Ready to serve and enjoy!
