My mother used to make this, and it was delicious.

Ingredients
Potato Crescendo:

4 large starchy potatoes, peeled and sliced

60 ml olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Onion Overture:

2 large onions, thinly sliced

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp honey

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste
