1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel)
1 cup tomato sauce
1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade mix: 1 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp paprika, salt & pepper to taste)
