2 tbsp butter, softened

Steps
Make the garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley until smooth and well combined.
Assemble the sandwiches: Spread the garlic butter evenly on one side of each bread slice. Flip two slices butter-side down, then sprinkle half the cheese on each. Top with the remaining bread slices, butter-side up, to form two sandwiches.
Cook the sandwiches: Heat a large skillet over low heat. Place the sandwiches in the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes until the bottom is golden and crispy.
Flip and melt: Carefully flip each sandwich and cook for another 4-5 minutes until the second side is golden and the cheese is fully melted.
Serve immediately: Enjoy while hot, with the cheese gooey and the bread perfectly crisp!
