Preparation Method
Step 1.
Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
Step 2.
Pour the chicken broth and the two cans of cream of chicken soup over the chicken.
Step 3.
Add the sliced carrots, celery, and chopped onion. Adjust the amount based on your preference.
Step 4.
Season with garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper according to taste.
Step 5.
Cover and cook on high for about 3 hours.
Step 6.
Remove the chicken, shred it with two forks, then return it to the crockpot. Add the peas and crumbled bacon, and stir everything together.
Step 7.
Break the uncooked flaky biscuits into about three pieces each and place them on top of the mixture.
Step 8.
Continue cooking on high for about 1 more hour, or until the biscuits are cooked through and fluffy.
