Crispy Vegetable Fritters with Green Chili Garnish

Ingredients:

1 cup shredded carrots

1 cup shredded cabbage

4 green onions, finely chopped

½ cup chickpea flour (besan) or all-purpose flour

2 tbsp rice flour (for extra crispiness)

1 tsp cumin seeds

½ tsp turmeric powder

½ tsp red chili powder

Salt to taste

Water as needed

Oil for frying

3 whole green chilies (for garnish)
