Crispy Vegetable Fritters with Green Chili Garnish

Instructions:

Prepare the Batter:
In a large bowl, mix carrots, cabbage, and green onions.
Add chickpea flour, rice flour, cumin seeds, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt.
Add a little water at a time to form a thick batter that holds together.

Fry the Fritters:
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and flatten slightly.
Fry until golden brown and crisp on both sides, about 2–3 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels.

Garnish and Serve:
Arrange four fritters on a decorative plate.
Place three whole green chilies crosswise on top as garnish.
Serve hot with mint chutney or yogurt dip.
