Mini Cheesecake Crème Brûlée
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
100g (1 cup) graham cracker crumbs (or digestive biscuits)
50g (1/4 cup) melted butter
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
For the Cheesecake Filling:
200g (7 oz) cream cheese, softened
100g (1/2 cup) granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
100ml (1/2 cup) sour cream
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
