Oatmeal Apple Breakfast Bake with Cinnamon and Pecans
Ingredients:
– 2 cups rolled oats
– 2 cups almond milk (or any milk of choice)
– 2 large apples, peeled and diced
– 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
– 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 cup raisins or dried cranberries (optional)
