How To Make 2-Ingredient Protein Bread:
Step 1: Preheat Oven and Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent the bread from sticking.
Step 2: Hydrate Powdered Egg Whites: In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of powdered egg whites with 1 cup of water. Whisk the mixture thoroughly until it’s fully hydrated and forms soft peaks.
Step 3: Blend in Cottage Cheese: Add 1 cup of cultured cottage cheese to the egg white mixture. Use a hand mixer or a whisk to blend everything together until smooth.
Step 4: Pour, Smooth, and Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and use a spatula to smooth out the top. Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the bread is set and the top is golden brown.
Step 5: Cool and Serve: Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then, transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and enjoy plain, or with your favorite spreads and toppings.
