When I make dinner like this, everyone asks me for the recipe

Instructions:
Prepare the White Sauce:
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the diced onion and cook until translucent and fragrant (3-4 minutes).
Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to form a roux.
Slowly whisk in the milk, constantly stirring to avoid lumps. Continue until the mixture thickens into a creamy sauce.
Season the sauce with nutmeg and salt. Stir well to combine.
Assemble the Cassava Bake:
Spread 500 grams of cooked cassava evenly in a medium glass baking dish.
Pour the prepared white sauce over the cassava, ensuring it covers all the pieces.
Top with 200 grams of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle 100 grams of fried diced bacon evenly over the top.
Bake the Dish:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
Bake the dish for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the top is golden brown.
Serve:
Let the dish cool slightly before serving. Cut into slices and enjoy!
