Warning: Highly addictive! Mandarin and sour cream pudding cake everyone wants.

Ingredients: for a 26 cm diameter springform pan:
200 g flour
, 75 g sugar
, 75 g butter
, 1 tsp baking powder,
1 packet vanilla sugar
, 1 pinch of salt,
1 egg

For the cream:
500 ml milk,
2 packets of vanilla pudding powder
, 175 g sugar,
600 g sour cream

For the topping:
1 packet of cake glaze,
2 small cans of mandarin oranges (approx. 175g drained weight each)

Preparation:
1. First, preheat the oven to 175°C and grease a 26 cm springform pan. Next, for the base, knead together flour, sugar, butter, egg, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt until a smooth dough forms. Then press the dough into the pan and form a small rim.
