🍮 Mint Flan

Ingredients

2 cups milk

3 large eggs

½ cup sugar

A handful of fresh mint leaves (or 1 tsp mint extract)

Instructions

1. Warm milk with mint leaves, let it infuse, then strain.

2. Whisk eggs and sugar.

3. Combine with mint-infused milk.

4. Bake in water bath at 160°C for 40 minutes. Chill before serving.
