Toulouse Sausages with Mustard and Mushrooms

🥘 Toulouse Sausages with Mustard and Mushrooms

Ingredients:

6 good quality Toulouse sausages

500 g fresh Paris mushrooms, sliced

2 large onions, thinly sliced

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

2 tbsp wholegrain mustard (optional, for extra texture)

200 ml crème fraîche (or heavy cream)

1 tbsp olive oil or butter

200 ml chicken stock (or water + ½ bouillon cube)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and freshly ground black pepper
