Preparation
First, mix the ground meat in a bowl with salt, paprika, black pepper, and one egg.
Then finely chop the green onion and 1/2 onion, and add them to the meat mixture.
Fill the tortillas with the meat mixture and cheese, then roll them up.
Place the filled tortillas in a baking dish.
Next, sprinkle cheese over the tortillas.
Bake the wraps in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) until the cheese is melted and has a golden crust.
