Tomato Pie

★ Instructions

Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C).

Prepare Pie Shell

Sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar in the bottom of the frozen pie shell.

Pre-bake the crust for 5 minutes, then remove from oven.

Layer Tomatoes and Basil

Place sliced tomatoes and chopped fresh basil evenly into the pre-baked pie shell.

Make Cheese Mixture

In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, cheddar, and mozzarella cheeses.

Top the Pie

Spread the cheese and mayo mixture over the tomatoes in an even layer.

Bake

Bake for 35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
