Toll House Chocolate Chip Pie

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and place the unbaked pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs until foamy.
Add the flour, granulated sugar, and brown sugar to the bowl, and mix well.
Slowly pour in the melted butter and vanilla extract, and stir until all the ingredients are fully combined.
Gently fold in the chocolate chips and chopped walnuts (if using).
Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust, spreading it evenly.
Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
Allow the pie to cool for at least 30 minutes before serving.
