For the Crust:
1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour

½ cup cold unsalted butter, cubed

4 large egg yolks

For the Meringue:
½ cup water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
4 large egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
½ cup granulated sugar
