T-Bone steak with jumbo shrimp, loaded baked
potato and fresh corn
Ingredients:
For the Steak and Shrimp:
T-Bone steaks – 2 (1-inch thick)
Salt and black pepper – to taste
Olive oil-1 tbsp
Jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined- 8
Garlic, minced – 2 cloves
Butter – 2 tbsp
Fresh parsley, chopped – for garnish
Lemon wedges – for serving
For the Loaded Baked Potato:
Large russet potatoes – 2
Butter -2 tbsp
Sour cream – 14 cup
Shredded cheddar cheese – 14 cup
Bacon, cooked and crumbled – 2 slices
Green onions, chopped- 2 tbsp
Salt and pepper – to taste
