Instructions:

1. Prepare the rice:
– Wash the rice well, then cook with water (1:1 ratio).
– Once cooked, mix gently with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Let it cool.

2. Prepare the filling:
– Slice the vegetables thinly.
– If using tuna or chicken, you can mix it with a bit of mayo if you like.

3. Roll the sushi:
– Place a nori sheet on a bamboo mat.
– Spread a thin layer of rice (wet your hands to avoid sticking).
– Add the filling in a straight line.
– Roll tightly using the mat, then cut with a wet sharp knife.

4. For fried sushi (optional):
– Dip the roll in beaten egg, then breadcrumbs, and fry until golden.

5. Serve: – Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.
