Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
Cut the baguette lengthwise (don’t cut all the way through, just open it).
Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano.
Spread the mixture inside the baguette.
Stuff with mozzarella (and parmesan if you like).
Close the bread, wrap it in foil, and bake for 15 minutes.
Unwrap and bake another 5 minutes until golden and crispy.
Slice and serve warm.
