Stuffed Flatbread with Meat & Vegetables

1) Make the dough

Mix flour + salt + sugar + yeast.

Add the oil and mix.

Add the warm milk and knead.

Add a little warm water if the dough is too dry.

Cover and let it rest for 30–40 minutes.

2) Prepare the filling

Sauté the onion until soft.

Add the ground beef and cook it well.

Add carrot + bell peppers + tomato paste + spices.

Let everything cook until there is no liquid left.

Turn off the heat and add parsley.

3) Assemble (like the picture)

Take a ball of dough and roll it into a circle.

Place the filling in the center.

Add grated cheese on top.

Cover with another thin circle of dough.

Press the edges well so it doesn’t open.

4) Cooking

Heat a pan on low heat.

Lightly oil it.

Cook the bread on both sides until golden brown.
