Boil pasta 1-2 minutes less than package instructions (it’ll finish cooking in the oven). Drain and set aside.
Make Alfredo Sauce:
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly. Bring to a gentle simmer.
Reduce heat to low, then whisk in Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
Cook Shrimp:
In the same skillet (or a separate pan), cook shrimp in 1 tbsp butter or oil for 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
Combine Everything:
In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, crab meat, and shrimp.
Transfer to the baking dish. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake & Broil:
Bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
Broil for 2-3 minutes for a golden top (watch closely!).
Garnish & Serve:
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Tips & Variations:
✔ Extra Creamy? Stir in ½ cup cream cheese with the Alfredo sauce.
