Shrimp and Snow Peas Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 cup snow peas, trimmed

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tbsp cooking oil (vegetable or peanut)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Cooked rice, for serving
