Pork Chops That Melt in Your Mouth

Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat & Prep

Preheat oven to 375°F (or 365°F if using an air fryer oven).

In a small bowl, combine garlic, onion, pepper, and paprika.

Rub the seasoning blend over the pork chops.

Step 2: Coat

Lightly dredge the pork chops in flour or Panko.
Tip: If using Panko, lightly rub chops with olive oil so it sticks better.

Step 3: Sear

Add just enough oil to cover the bottom of a skillet. Heat over medium-high.

Brown pork chops lightly on both sides — just a quick sear to lock in juices.

Step 4: Bake

Transfer seared chops to a baking sheet (spray with oil if meat is lean).

Bake in oven for 25–35 minutes, depending on thickness. If using cube steak, reduce time to about 20 minutes. Air fryer option: Bake 7–9 minutes at 365°F.

Tips & Notes:
No need to dirty two pans if you’re cooking a small batch — just use an oven-safe skillet.

For larger batches, use a griddle to sear more chops at once before baking.
