Preparation
Mix the flour, 125 g sugar, 1 egg, and the butter into a kneadable dough. Press the dough into a greased pan. Drain the peaches and spread them evenly over the dough.
Next, use the juice from the can to cook a vanilla pudding. Then spread the hot pudding over the fruit. Now bake at 175°C (about 350°F) for approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
Meanwhile, separate 3 eggs. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy. Then stir in the sour cream. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold them into the sour cream mixture. Spread this mixture over the partially baked cake and bake again for about 15 minutes.
Finally, place the cake in the refrigerator to chill.
