Ingredients:
15 garlic heads (cloves separated)
15 lemons
1 pound ground walnuts
500 grams ground hazelnuts
500 grams dried figs
50 grams dried prunes ( dried plums)
500 grams white raisins
5 ounces red grape raisins
500 grams organic wheat
1 kilogram local honey
Instructions:
Prepare the Wheat:
The wheat should be soaked overnight in water. Once soaked, rinse it thoroughly and then grind it into a paste.
Prepare the Fruits & Lemons:
Squeeze the juice from 10 lemons.
Coarsely powder the zest of 5 lemons.
Finely dice the dried figs and prunes.
Combine the Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the ground walnuts, ground hazelnuts, dried figs, prunes, white raisins, and red grape raisins.
Add the wheat paste and mix well.
Add the garlic cloves last, finely chopped or minced.
Form the Mixture:
Achieve a dough-like consistency by combining all the ingredients.
Storage:
Store this mixture in a cold, dry place or refrigerate. The combination can be kept for up to a month.
Usage:
Take 1 tablespoon of this mixture daily on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning. You can also consume it at different times based on preference.
