Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until the mixture becomes pale and fluffy.
2. Add the oil, orange juice, and orange zest. Mix well.
3. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until smooth.
4. Add the chopped walnuts and gently fold them into the batter.
5. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 35–45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
To make the glaze:
1. Mix powdered sugar with orange juice and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
2. Pour the glaze over the cooled cake.
3. Optional: drizzle caramel or extra orange zest on top.
