Orange Fruit Gelatin Ring (No-Bake)

Ingredients
Fruit Layer

2 ripe bananas (about 240 g)

80 g fresh strawberries (⅔ cup, stemmed and chopped)

2 medium kiwis (about 200 g)

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

100 g granulated sugar (½ cup)

2 tbsp water

Orange Gelatin

2 large oranges (zest + wedges)

350 ml fresh orange juice (1½ cups)

400 ml water (2 cups)

100 g granulated sugar (½ cup)

80 g cornstarch (⅔ cup)
