No-Bake Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Crust:
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.

Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the next layer.

2. Make the Orange Cream Cheese Layer:
In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.

In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, orange juice concentrate, and zest until smooth.

Microwave the bloomed gelatin for 10-15 seconds until liquid, then mix into the cream cheese mixture.

Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully combined.

Pour over the chilled crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set.

3. Make the Classic Cheesecake Layer:
Repeat the gelatin bloom process (gelatin + cold water, let sit 5 mins).

Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks and set aside.

Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

Microwave the gelatin until melted, then mix into the cream cheese mixture.

Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully incorporated.

Spread evenly over the set orange layer and chill for another 1-2 hours.

4. Add the Orange Jello Topping:
Dissolve the orange gelatin in boiling water, then stir in cold water.

Let cool slightly (about 10-15 minutes) before pouring over the set cheesecake layers.

Chill for at least 2 hours or until fully firm.

5. Serve & Enjoy!
Carefully release the springform pan.

Slice with a warm knife for clean cuts.

Garnish with whipped cream or fresh orange slices if desired.

This creamy, citrusy cheesecake is a refreshing no-bake dessert perfect for any occasion!
