Don’t Forget the Fruit
The loquat fruit (“bibace” in parts of Asia) is rich in fiber and antioxidants, aiding digestion and potentially slowing cognitive decline. Its apricot–pear flavor makes it perfect for smoothies, sautés, or simply eating fresh.
