Layered chocolate cake with creamy filling and ganache

Ingredients

For the Chocolate Cake:

2 tbsp all-purpose flour

2 tbsp granulated sugar

¾ tsp sugar-free cocoa powder

2 tsp instant coffee granules

½ tsp baking soda (or coffee-infused baking soda if preferred)

½ cup strong brewed coffee (or ½ cup sweetened coffee)

1 tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature

½ tbsp vegetable oil

2 large eggs

For the Creamy Filling:

½ cup heavy cream

2 tbsp cream cheese, softened

1 tbsp powdered sugar

½ tsp vanilla extract

For the Ganache:

¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 tbsp heavy cream

1 tsp butter
