Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch round cake pan.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together ricotta cheese, almond flour, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and almond extracts until smooth.
Sift together all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually fold the dry mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
