If you only have 1 egg, 2 apples, and some flour, you can make these apple fritters in 5 minutes!

Ingredients:
100 g flour

1 egg

1 pinch salt

20 g sugar

80 ml milk

2 apples

4 tbsp vegetable oil

Preparation:

First, place the first five ingredients in a bowl and stir into a thick batter.

Peel the apples, remove the cores, and cut them into thin rings. Dip the apple rings into the batter and let any excess drip off slightly.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the rings in batches over medium heat until golden brown.
