Step 4: Care for Your Peanut Plants 🌞
After about a month, your peanut plants will begin to sprout green leaves. Keep them well-watered and remove any weeds around them to prevent competition for nutrients.
As the plant grows, you’ll see flowers appear at the base. These flowers will eventually develop into underground peanut pods.
Step 5: Harvest Your Peanuts 🌿
After about 120 days (around 4 months), your peanuts will be ready to harvest!
Gently pull up the entire plant and shake off the soil to reveal the pods.
Let the peanuts dry out in the sun for a few days before storing them.
