Homemade Chicken Bouillon Powder

Add all the ingredients (nutritional yeast, onion powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, dried basil, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper) into a high-speed blender or food processor.
Blend until the spices turn into a fine powder or to your desired texture. For a chunkier texture, blend for a shorter amount of time.
Pour the mixture into a mason jar and seal tightly with a lid. Give it a shake before using it in any recipe.
What to Use It For:
Homemade Broths & Stocks: Simmer with water to create an instant chicken broth for soups or stews.
Soups & Stews: Stir into soups like chicken noodle or veggie soups for added depth of flavor.
Rice & Grains: Stir in 1 tsp of bouillon powder while cooking rice, quinoa, or couscous.
Vegetable Roasts: Toss veggies like potatoes, carrots, or cauliflower with olive oil and bouillon powder before roasting.
Mashed Potatoes: Add some bouillon powder while making mashed potatoes for extra flavor.
Cheesy Casseroles & Sauces: Add to casseroles or sauces like Alfredo or tomato sauce for a savory kick.
Storage:
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. The bouillon powder will last for over 6 months. Give it a shake before use to keep it well mixed.
Notes:
Adjust the salt based on your preference or dietary needs, especially if using a saltier ingredient.
This bouillon powder is versatile and can be used in a variety of dishes to enhance flavor without using store-bought products filled with preservatives.
