🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Brown the Beef
Heat oil in a large pot.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart.
Drain excess grease if needed.
2️⃣ Add Aromatics
Add diced onion → sauté until soft.
Add garlic → cook 30 seconds.
Stir in tomato paste and cook 1 minute.
3️⃣ Add Vegetables
Add:
Potatoes
Carrots
Bell pepper
Tomatoes
Mix everything well.
4️⃣ Season
Add:
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Oregano
Thyme
Cumin
Bay leaf
Stir to coat the potatoes and meat.
