Forgotten Chicken

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 onion, sliced

3 cloves of garlic, minced

1 cup chicken broth

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the sliced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, and paprika.
Push the onions and garlic to one side of the skillet and add the seasoned chicken breasts to the other side.
Cook the chicken for 5 minutes on each side, until browned.
Pour the chicken broth over the chicken breasts.
Cover the skillet with a lid or foil and transfer it to the preheated oven.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
