Flu Fighting Tea

Blend together:
4-5 pieces of fresh ginger (chopped)
1 tbs spoon turmeric powder
1 lime
1 lemon
4 oranges
1 -2 slices of pineapple skinHerbs & Spices
1 cup water
(Tip : Add black pepper to activate the turmeric )
Pour the mixture into ice trays and freeze into cubes.
When you’re feeling under the weather, drop a cube in a cup of boiling water, steep for 5-7 minutes, and sip!
