1 pound skirt steak, thinly sliced
2 bell peppers, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of chili powder
1 teaspoon of cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Flour tortillas

Directions
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned.
Push the steak to one side of the skillet and add the sliced bell peppers, onions, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
Season the steak and vegetables with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and let the flavors meld together.
Warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet or in the oven.
Fill each tortilla with the steak and vegetable mixture. Top with your favorite optional toppings such as lime wedges, sour cream, shredded cheese, or salsa.
