Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
Cut cauliflower into even-sized florets.
Toss with 1 tablespoon oil, salt, curry powder, and maple syrup.
Heat skillet with remaining oil until very hot.
Sear cauliflower for 5 minutes until golden.
Transfer to oven and roast for 10-15 minutes.
Stir every 5 minutes until crispy.
Garnish and serve immediately.

Refrigerate: Up to 4 days.
Not freezer friendly.
Best served immediately.
Notes
Use high heat oil.
Don’t overcrowd the pan.
