Prepare Base: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Spread the mixture evenly into a shallow serving dish or pie plate.

Make Bruschetta Topping: In a separate bowl, combine diced tomatoes, fresh basil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.

Assemble Dip: Spread the tomato mixture evenly over the cream cheese base. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
