Conchitas with Ground Beef

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Add conchitas and cook until al dente, following package instructions.

Drain and toss with 1 tbsp olive oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.

2. Make the Ground Beef Sauce

In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned.

Add onion and garlic; sauté 2–3 minutes until onion is translucent.

Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Let simmer 10–15 minutes to deepen the flavor.

Optional: Add corn kernels and cook 5 more minutes until heated through.

3. Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add cooked pasta to the skillet. Stir to combine and coat the shells evenly with the sauce.

4. Add Cheese

Sprinkle Mexican blend cheese over the pasta and sauce mixture.

5. Garnish & Melt
Cover the skillet with a lid. Let it sit for a few minutes until the cheese melts.

Garnish with fresh cilantro.

6. Serve Warm
Scoop into bowls or plates and serve hot. Enjoy!

🔄 Optional Tips & Variations
Make it spicy: Add diced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce.

Add veggies: Mix in sautéed bell peppers or zucchini for extra nutrition.

Cheese swap: Try Monterey Jack or cheddar instead of Mexican blend.
