BEEF & MARINADE:
8oz beef tenderloin, finely sliced
1/4 green apple, grated
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp sesame oil

VEGETABLES:
1 carrot, cut into matchsticks
1 zucchini , cut into matchsticks
1 bunch of spinach
8 dried shiitake mushrooms
2 cups bean sprouts
2 tsp garlic , minced
8 tsp olive oil, divided
1/2 tsp salt
1.5 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp fish sauce
1/4 tsp white sugar
Sesame oil

BIBIMBAP SAUCE:
3 tbsp gochujang paste
3 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce
3 tsp white sugar
1 garlic clove , finely grated
1 tsp sesame oil

SERVE:
White rice
Egg
Sesame seeds
