Cinnamon French Toast Bites

Instructions
Toast the Rolls Slice rolls into thirds. Toast at 300°F (150°C) for 3–5 minutes to help them hold their shape.
Make the Batter Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
Dip & Fry Dip toasted rolls quickly in batter. Fry in butter over medium heat until golden on both sides.
Coat in Cinnamon Sugar Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Roll warm bites in mixture until fully coated.
