Churro Cracker Candy

Crackers (preferably saltine or graham crackers)

Butter

Brown sugar

Ground cinnamon

Vanilla extract

Optional: Chocolate chips

Optional: Chopped nuts
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Place the crackers on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Pour the butter mixture over the crackers, ensuring that each cracker is evenly coated.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crackers are golden and bubbling.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before cutting into individual pieces.
Optional: Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the churro cracker candy. Sprinkle with chopped nuts for extra crunch.
