Prepare Cookies – Crush Maria’s cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by sealing them in a plastic bag and crushing with a rolling pin.

Shape the Salami – Transfer mixture onto plastic wrap, shape into a log, and roll tightly. Twist the ends to seal.
